Henryk Kwiatek's graphics show the activities of the Nowe Dynasy Initiative, which seeks to revitalise and restore the disused velodrome (the former cycling track of the 'Orzeł' Sports Club in Podskarbinska Street) and give it a new formula: a multifunctional urban centre open to the public, with recreational, sporting and cultural facilities. The intention of the Nowe Dynasy Initiative is to revitalise the forgotten place, to refer to its history and strong cycling traditions in the context of the developing cycling culture. Its postulates also include the reactivation of the club building designed by architect Maciej Nowicki and the surrounding greenery.
